We want to share an important update regarding the Tone Touch 03 and Tone Touch 04 coffee machines.

Following recent audits and product re-certification processes, a design issue has been identified in specific units. Under certain conditions, this may affect electrical insulation performance and could present a safety risk if not addressed.

As a precautionary measure, we have initiated a formal recall of the affected products. We ask that all impacted machines are taken out of operation until the required corrective actions have been completed.

We are providing a structured resolution process at no cost. Our priority is to ensure that all units in the field meet the required safety standards and can be operated reliably.

We understand that this may cause disruption, and we are working closely with our partners to support implementation and communication.
